This new overhead hoist system will allow you to store file boxes, outdoor furniture, lawn mowers, big tools, snow throwers, holiday ornaments, tires, third row car seats and just about anything else you can imagine on the ceiling while keeping your feet firmly planted on the ground. This garage ceiling storage rack is designed to lift up to a 4 x 4 ft. deck (plywood, etc. - not included) to the ceiling ( 8 ' max.) with up to 250 pounds on top of it. Using a reduction gear worm drive that is hand cranked with the provided handle, this garage suspended storage rack is easy to raise when fully loaded. Includes heavy-duty steel support beams, 4' x 4' platform, winding axle, vinyl coated steel cable, hand crank and all mounting hardware. Lightweight truck canopies or convertible car tops can be lifted by using two 2' x 4' wood supports in place of the platform. Safely store your outdoor accessories off of the floor and out of the way.
