Its unique Hot ZoneT technology heats a raised section of the cooking surface to 500 degrees F when you press the SEAR button on the Intelli-ProbeT digital controls. This way, you can sear meat while sauteing vegetables on the side.  This electric skillet features a large 11" x 19" cooking surface with enough space to let you cook for the whole family or cook multiple dishes on the same cooking surface.  The ceramic nonstick coating allows you to cook without oil or butter for healthy meals, then helps minimize cleanup.
