Each preserved plant is made of a real juniper tree, field grown from seed for three to eight years in California, then meticulously shaped by artists and carefully preserved thereafter using a 100% natural process. They look, smell and feel like live plants, but are no longer growing, giving you the ease of an artificial plant. That means no maintenance - no watering, sunlight needs, no soil.
When ordered , a live tree is individually selected, and cut at the nursery. The tree is trimmed, and preserved before being mounted in in resin or foam, and set in your choice of either a clay or mache pot. The plant is finally, carefully packed for shipping. Available in five sizes from 20" to 60" high. These teardrop shaped junipers are a beautiful and easy way to decorate outside, just avoid prolonged direct sun exposure.
