Unique design allows it to swivel 180 degrees for gardening and mowing the lawn, and easily flips up and out of the way to store flat along the wall when not needed. Telescoping feature allows you to adjust the length from 3' to 6'. Made of durable, paintable, lightweight PVC vinyl.
