Order Cancellation

To request cancellation of your order, please visit our Contact Us page and choose Order Changes in the drop down menu, or call at 1-800-761-5222. We make every attempt to cancel an order upon each request. However, we cannot cancel an order once it has been processed. Please note: "in process" includes being prepped for shipping and/or being placed on a pallet for departure, which can occur hours or even days in advance depending on the item. Therefore, items shipping from manufacturers may require several days to confirm cancellation, if possible. We always recommend cancelling an order as soon as possible. Also, If a package is in transit when your request is made, cancellation of this order will not be possible. Refusal of delivery will not prevent original shipping charges, return shipping fees or any restocking fees from applying to any refund allowed. Address changes are handled in the same manner.  Whereas we will make every effort to update the shipping address per your request, once an order has been processed, changes can not be made to the package.
