Best Uses Comments about Iris File Stackable Tote Box: I think the totes are little pricey, but since [@] does not carry what I need that is similar to this anymore, this product will serve the purpose. It was really hard to spend the $ that they have these priced for, but for any plastic product anymore, it is pricey.The Lid needs to be a little more sturdy, and have a raised edge on the top, so when these are stacked they dont slip off as easily if pushed. I LOVE the concept of the lid. I dont have to remove the entire thing just to get to one file, i can lift one of the two sides! that is much easier. That is mainly what sold me on this particular tote. Service and delivery comments: Delivery takes too long. I called customer service and asked them to please send it regular Fed-ex instead the 2nd shipment AGAIN went home delivery.... This stinks. It would be nice for the customer to choose who they would like to use. Time is the Essence.
