The shoe bench does exactly what it is supposed to do - clears up the shoe clutter by our front door. Is it worth what I paid? Let's put it this way; I almost lied to my wife when she asked me how much I'd spent on it. It is now a running joke - "I'm going to use our one hundred dollar shoe bench now".
