Although the provided hole punch was nice, I highly recommend using an electric drill and a drill bit for ease and practicality. Especially when needing to drill holes in the middle of the railing to anchor the plastic, the drill was necessary.

It took almost 2 weeks get the product. Much longer than initially anticipated, but it arrived all in tact eventually
