Some pieces of the bed broke while putting it together because they weren't manufactured correctly. We called and they sent out the pieces that we needed right away. We've been enjoying it ever since.

This bed frame was exactly what we expected, good quality and looks great! There were nicks here and there on certain pieces, but overall, not noticeable. Took us a good 3 hours to assemble, and I would suggest skimming through the directions beforehand to avoid re-doing steps! Would purchase again.

Nice bed for the price for sure. Arrived with identical small dents on top edge of foot and head boards, not from shipping, likely from assembly, but I was unwilling to return for this reason - I don't notice it at all. Bed is sturdy. A job to assemble but worth it in the end. I like my comfy bed!

The bed is great with tons of storage. My only downside is that it came 4 days late and took like 4 hours to put it together. They are super heavy boxes (like 100lbs each) that I had to help the delivery man carry up a flight of stairs to my apartment. Putting it together was fairly simple, just timeconsuming because there are about 200screws. Looks nice, but next time Ill pay more for less work.
