This handy folding kitchen cart instantly and elegantly creates a kitchen island for needed work or serving space, and then when no longer needed, folds down to hug the wall at 6." Top of cart is not meant to be used as a chopping block. From the tabletop to the first shelf, it is 11.61"H. The open area between the two shelves is 10.63"H.
