This professional quality cutlery has handles made from 18/10 stainless steel with a Japanese 301 steel blade. The knives were designed by F.A. Porsche and feature ergonomic seamless design, premium sharp blades that are easy to sharpen and a metal "pearl" for better control when cutting. Hand wash only, sharpen regularly, use wooden or plastic cutting surface only, store securely.
