Get your knives back into the shape you bought them in with this 12" Diamond Steel. The fast honing diamond surface has a realigning function with the convenience of traditional butcher's steel. The Extra-Fine diamond (9 micron/1200 mesh) will give your knife and other dull tools a razor sharp edge. This tool has a black, easy to grip, plastic handle with large guard that makes sharpening comfortable and safe. The color-coded ring makes it easy for grit designation and to easily hang. No messy oils needed, you can either sharpen dry or with water. Durable construction will provide years of consistent performance and reliable sharpening for the right angle every time.
