This Lapdesk is exactly what I was after: a way to utilize my time in the living room or bedroom with my laptop. I used to struggle with it, bending over awkwardly with a nightstand or coffee table to type, but no more. This Lapdesk allows me to sit back and work in either location, and would work in any easy chair also. Very comfortable; doesn't shift, and keeps the fan exhaust clear for cooling. Only complaint, and it's very minor, is that it needs a better pen holder. The provided well is really too shallow. I never would have thought of this, though, if I hadn't been so absorbed in using it.

The lap desk was great, at first, Now it is cracked on the side near the clip which makes lifting the lapdesk difficult. The crack keeps getting bigger. Not work the $$ after using a few times.
