                I've had the rubber type sink mats to protect my porcelain sinks, but this is awesome. Food debris falls right through making it much easier to use the sink sprayer for quick clean up and I have left some things to dry on it as to not clutter up my counter tops. I have heavy cookware, so I'm careful to not over load it to cause it to sag and bend.
