The products is quality if you can get one which has no manufacturing defects. Where do I begin to list these?
-One of the bookshelf edges did not match the other in color, had a reddish hue instead of black.
-Chipping on the lower panels.
-One of the left side panels had to be exchanged since it had nearly split in half from the leg.
-Had to convince rude and argumentative Winsome Trading customer service when attempting to return parts for exchange. They did not believe that they were at fault.
-Side of the top panel has paint finishing problems and underlying wood was seen showing through in those patches.
The espresso color really allows you to see the true quality of this product, despite the sleek look.
If not for the above manufacturing defects, I would have given 5 stars for this bookshelf.
