Mayra F: I bought it for my son's dorm room mostly for storage. The shelves are not wide so you have to limit the amount of bulky or heavy items that you put on them. If it is used for decorative purposes it should be fine.

Candace D: Yes, very sturdy, AND, put the top together first and the back bottom brace behind the toilet when you already have it standing over the commode.
Rebecca D: Yes. But my toilet design did not allow room for the bar at the bottom rear to be installed, so it's stability would surely be better with it. I have it loaded with towels and miscellaneous bath/shower sundries, nothing particular heavy or cumbersome, but it's good material and construction (not cheap looking or flimsy like something from ikea or bed bath & beyond).

Angela S: I needed storage space for a half bath, but I didn't want to take up floor space or have to mount a shelf to the wall. Plus, this was only etagere I saw in a color that worked. The others were laminated wood or painted metal - blech.
