The Magna-Guide Sharpening System offers two Diamond Whet Stone surfaces in one lightweight, portable sharpener. This multi-use diamond knife sharpener can be used on blades, kitchen knives, specialty tools and garden tools. It sharpens in a fraction of the time required by conventional stones. No messy oils are needed - sharpen dry or with water.
This professional knife sharpener features the Aligner Blade Guide (ABG) which provides 7-angle adjustability for the right edge every time, while the Magnetic Angle Guide joins the two! One side of the kitchen knife sharpener has an Extra-Fine diamond (9 micron / 1200 mesh) to polish and refine a razor edge after sharpening with a coarser diamond. The Fine diamond (25 micron / 600 mesh) gives you that razor sharp edge!
This hand knife sharpener has folding plastic handles to protect it when not in use. Both novices and professional will appreciate the ABG to create precise, professional, consistent sharpening results. It also accommodates wider blades as well as standard blade thicknesses.
