Comments about Stacks and Stacks Mattress Genie: Mine is a queen size, maybe it's the size that's creating the problem, but when I have the Genie raised comfortably to the level I want it, and my partner gets into bed on his side, my side balloons way up, and his side goes relatively flat. It is extremeely uneven, from one side of the bed to the other, the unevenness depending on whether one person is in bed, or both of us. It is like a long balloon with no inner baffles or chambers built inside to keep the air from shifting freely and bulging from one side to the other, in response to where the heaviest weighing person is lying. As a result, when one person is tilted up at a comfortable angle, the other person is not tilted up at a similarly comfortable angle at all. I've been trying to get through to the distributor to find out if this is a defect, or if it was made to operate like this. No one has returned my request for a call back, so far. Perhaps the single size would work better, but I have a queen size bed and need it to accommodate two people in bed at once.
