The bed is more beautiful in person than on the screen. My daughter outgrew her crib, and I desired a bed that would transcend time while also being durable. This definitely fits the bill. It is roomy, but neatly fits in her room and gives her plenty of room left to play. The side racks are a perfect place to place her favorite books, and the shelves (when lifted) serves as an excellent spot for her dolls. Needless to say, we are a very pleased family.
