Housekeepers around the world find the Mobile Sleeper easy to transport, as the lightweight design allows them to roll quietly through hallways on four 3" swivel casters. The end legs and pivot points also make them easy to lower for use or raise for moving about. No moving parts means no hinges to catch sheets or pinch fingers. The Sleeper looks nice from all sides, even when raised to its vertical transport position. The foundation is wrapped with a handsome burgundy vinyl on its edges and back that matches the burgundy powder coat finish on the frame. The vinyl wrap on the foundation also makes it very easy to keep clean and adds to the life of the Sleeper. The bed conveniently fits throught standard height doorways while in the vertical position. An adjustable strap with fastener holds a pillow in place during transport and storage. The strap fastens safely out of sight under the bed when the bed is readied for use. The bedding is held to the frame by a separate figure-8 strap, which allows bedding to be tucked in on all sides of the mattress. A durable plastic laminate headboard includes a bumper edge to protect its appearance. Fire-retardant Monitor ticking are used on both the foundation and the mattress. 77 1/2"D x 37 1/2"W x 21"H.
