Constructed of compressed laminated particle board, the vertical supports on this tower are accented with 1-3/4" moldings. Can accomodate 400 CDs, or 192 DVDs, or 96 VHS, or any combination of the above.

Comments about Stacks and Stacks Multimedia Rack - 400 Tower:

The rack is nice looking and was not difficult to assemble. It's a paper veneer, but looks good and is in line with price.

My main objection is that in order to fully utilize all the shelves the top decorative wood strip has to be left off, otherwise there will not be clearance to use all the shelves (for CDs). I called the manufacturer and they were pretty disinterested in this, which was irritating to me.

The piece is still nice...but it looks a little less balanced without the wood strip on top.
