This unique cake pan comes with a protective lid that clips on top for transportation and underneath for elegant serving!  Made from heavy-gauge steel, these non stick cake pans are PTFE and PFOA FREE!  If you want to keep your dish chilled while serving, simply place ice in the inverted silicone lid and set the cake dish on top.  Use of the cake pan's lid will save you time, money, and the hassle of trying to fit foil or plastic wrap on top, neither of which provide the benefit of a hard top's protection. Each lid and baking pan come with separate instructions and free recipes!  Choose from traditional Grey or festive Red finish.
