I am impressed with the quality and usefulness of this Lap Desk. The large storage compartments are useful for keeping supplies organized, and can hold a large amount of supplies. I am very impressed that this model can hold all of my study supplies, so that I don't have to hunt for supplies as I need them. Getting organized has greatly improved my study time and I like the idea of all my supplies in one convenient place. Also something I like to note is that the felt lining prevents the items from rolling around to much which is very nice. I bought this desk because I prefer to hand-write in a comfy chair rather than at a conventional desk. This lap-desk is perfect for journaling, writing notes, and for holding a book in which you might wish to underline or make notes. I wish I had discovered it years ago. The only thing that bothers me (that probably won't bother many other folks) is that the soft, cushy bottom keeps my legs warm. That'll be great in winter, but right now I'm not so sure. I'll put up with it for the convenience!

My wife loves the lap desk. We can use it to support our laptop computer as well as a reading and writing support surface. The storage space inside is well designed and quite useful.
