This beautiful glider has a natural, log-cabin look. Each outdoor glider bench is carefully crafted of Northern White Cedar, naturally resistant to decay, insect and weather damage. Cedar is very durable, yet lightweight, and does not shrink or warp. No chemical preservatives are used. When left untreated, white cedar weathers gracefully to a silver grey, or can be stained or painted. Hardware is coated to make it rust-resistant.
Ecologically Sound Commitment:  This cedar wood is harvested from plentiful, renewable source areas, and never clear-cut.  Natural log furniture is durable and outlasts most other furniture and is biodegradable, making it an environmentally friendly product.  Since no chemicals are used in the finishing of this product, rest assured that it is an environmentally responsible choice of furniture.
