I don't understand why neither I nor my husband can get the rod to extend. Loosening the piece that would seem to release the extension does nothing.
Also, squeegee blades deteriorate or get nicked and need to be replaced. This is not a replaceable blade. The unit is basically disposable; not a good purchase, even at $16 or so.
