With new cupboards, I don't want to drill holes in the oak. Your over the door/drawer towel rack is just what the doctor ordered! I lined the 'hook' parts to make them fit snugly on the cupboard door.

I tried putting this towel rack over the door of the under-sink cupboard in the kitchen. Every time I went to the sink, I'd knock it off. Tried some other locations, but if I put it near a frequent traffic pattern, or a cupboard I use frequently, this just doesn't work. Also, the two horizontal rails for hanging things are too close together. If I put something on one rail, it drags against the contents of the other rail, which then ends up on the floor. Only useful if I hang one item over both rails. On the other hand, that improves air flow and dries things faster.

I use it for towels and it works very well. You can have it inside the cupboard door or outside. very durable and it stays in place. I overall very happy with it.
