      We bought this rack to go on the back of our daughter's door to help her learn to put her shoes away and so that we could see what shoes she had available.\n\nMy daughter loves the lower racks she can reach herself. i like the upper racks that I can use for her hats and shoes she hasn't grown into yet. It keeps us from using valuable closet shelf space with lots and lots of shoe boxes.\n\nI'm getting tempted to buy 2 more of these racks for our closets- it's so much easier to grab a pair of shoes off the rack than to sort thru boxes or a rack on the floor!

        if you live where it snows, this is an excellent mitten/glove/scarf/hat/boot rack - it allows air in to dry everything out, and keeps it in one place. priceless.
