I replace an old rusted, flimsy caddy that the shelves wouldn't hold in place (they were held with rubber band like pieces) with this one. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I use it in my bathroom for all my 'necessities'. Its plenty sturdy (I have a ton of stuff) and it holds everything. The shelves adjust so easily because I have items of all different sizes from huge to tiny. Definety one of my best purchases of the year.

We just renovated our bathroom, and so it seemed inappropriate to have shampoo and brushes in bins on the bathtub wall held on with suction cups that never worked for long. But we were silly to have waited this long to buy the Oxo caddy. It could have made us feel better about the bathtub/shower well before now. We installed it in the corner at the front of the tub, but it could have gone in any corner because it fits squarely in a narrow space. The shower is used by 2 adults and 2 adult children, and the shelves are well designed to hold many bottles of shampoo and conditioner, razors, brushes, soap, and wash clothes. It's sturdy, thoughtfully designed, and even elegant.

We have no storage in our shower/tub area so a set of shelves on a pole was the obvious way to go.
This was easy to install. The only glitch I had was realizing that when the lock mechanism latched that it wanted to extend the pole by a little (maybe 1/4"). So to install it, I had to make the fit loose and the lock tightened it.
Shelves are easy to install and remove for cleaning.
Looking at the construction, I'm not expecting that rust will be a problem.
The only negative is that the shelves are solid plastic and there are no drain holes. So water can collect until it evaporates. But this is a pretty minor complaint.
