The Park Smart Garage Door Seal is available in a neutral Brown color to blend with the color of your concrete garage floor, without visually detracting from your home. Constructed of long-lasting vinyl polymers and bonded with a permanent, all-weather adhesive. The Park Smart Garage Door Seal keeps moisture and other unwanted elements from entering your garage. This door seal keeps your garage better insulated as well!
