Only drawback for me is that is doesn't fit on the inside of cabinet doors, not enough space. I have it hanging on the outside of a cabinet door. Still is very handy. I guess it's easier to just reach for a bag then opening a cabinet door every time I want a bag!

This device takes up little space so I leaves most of the space inside the cabinet for other things. The items in it are easy to find. I don't have to dig through a drawer or move several things on top of them or in front of them to find them. They occupy the space just inside the cabinet door which is often wasted.
