Elizabeth C: I don't see how. So, the answer is no. But I like the portable bed frame.
John C: The frame does not inherently support a headboard. It's like a flat metallic cot. Just add mattress.

John C: Mostly I bought this because the frame was rated at 1200 lbs. My 300-lb. autistic teenager was able to destroy it in four days, however.
