You will need two people to put one together, but only took about 1 hr. to put both together. Only one small problem, one of the 'legs' of the magazine part had holes uneven..on both tables. Just used one dowell at each end instead of two, that worked. Perfect height and I love the pull out table (especially when the grandkids come over).
