These supports are connected to side rails providing slat supports for a mattress and the panel footboard. This bed is constructed from top quality components - including heavy duty tubular steel construction, textured black powder coated frame finish with brushed chrome trim and aluminum pulls, and a high sheen black poly top. And 9 steel bedding support slats are included so that no bunk board or box spring will be needed! All you need is the mattress. Available in full or twin size. Product Height Headboard: 40 Footboard: 23.5 Also available to order is a set of two large storage drawers for use under this bookcase bed.
