We are looking for a second one just in case this one goes out. We've had this for about 3 years and no problems. The only con that may affect someone else is that it doesn't have a paper filter that one can easily toss. You have to remove the basket and turn it upside down while running water thru the basket to get the grounds out. But that doesn't bother us. We like the compactness of it as well. It has a good adjustable grinder.

This coffeemaker was a premium award from a credit card company and I was not certain I wanted a mill & brew coffee maker. However, I have been using it for four months now and have only high praise for its ease of use and the resulting coffee it produces. My one complaint might be that the heating element only stays on for one hour after making the coffee. I would prefer a little longer, but that is no reason for not selecting this coffee maker. I love it.
