The instructions were unclear on how to use the suction cups. I first thought that I had done everything right but the caddy fell off the wall during a bath. I tried again and found the KEY is to make sure the cap is twisted counter-clockwise enough times (the instructions say 4) to allow the suction cup to suction against the wall by itself. THEN twist the cap tightly. I have not had it falling off now for two weeks.
