This Door-Hinge Towel and Clothes Rack consists of five 19" x 5/8" tubular polished stainless steel arms that swing individually for easy access. The swing-arms screw into a 69"x 3/4"-diameter stainless steel pole with adjustable brackets for up to 67" hinge spacing. You said you would give me 10% of for the mix up after I tried to cancel the order. You never did, you took the full price out of my bank. I tried to cancel the order because it was to expensive. I will not order from you again because I obviously can't trust your word.

This product is not made well. When installed by our contractor, the unit was flimsy, could not hold towels like advertised. Great idea for in back of a door - but very poorly designed. We returned the unit and definitely would not recommend it to anyone.

THE PRODUCT WORKS WELL.THERE IS MORE THAN ENOUGH TOWEL STORAGE WITHOUT HAVING TO DRILL INTO THE CERAMIC WALL TILES. THIS TOWEL BAR IS NOT AS STURDY AS SOME OF THE WOODEN TWO PIECE SYSTEMS. A COUPLE OF SET SCREWS IN THE CONNECTIONS WOULD BE A GREAT IMPROVEMENT. IT LOOKS GREAT ,BUT ONLY NEEDS SOME MINOR REDESIGN ON THE MANUFACTURER'S SIDE.

This is a cheap, poorly designed product that does not support wet bath towel weight. Connections are not mechanical and rely on friction. Buy this product at your peril.

This is a great idea but lousy design. The biggest issue is that the main rod is made up of several pieces that fall apart under the weight of the towels. Also the piece that attaches to the door hinge is rounded, not flat like a washer. This causes the door hinge to not be fully in place, and the rounded part breaks easily when you try to remove it. I will be trying a different Hinge-It towel rack that should address these issues because the basic concept is great for small bathrooms like mine.

Was missing one of the piecs so I improvised by converting a ball end to a straight piece by using a hacksaw. Finally got it together on a two hinge door. Not enough support - it just falls apart when you look at it. Instructions say you can purchase supports separately - what's with that? If they know they have a problem, why not package it with the product? I improvised my own support with electrical ties nailed to the door trim. Recommend you only install on a three hinge door.

This does the job- keeps the extra towels off the floor and out of the way. They dry faster and don't clutter our small bathroom. The materials seem solid and good quality.

My only complaint is that the instructions for putting them together weren't very clear, and I had a hard time figuring it out- I had to essentially figure out on my own how to put it together, and I'm not entirely sure I did it correctly, but it works!

These hinged towel bars are a great invention. I was tired of my teenagers somehow beating up the towel bars, making them loose. I am avoiding all the hassle with damaged drywall, spackling and repainting, etc. A truly great invention that saves space and is very functional and useful.
