I had a new sink installed with granite a few months ago. The sink doesn't have a divider (it is the best!!) so there isn't any place to hang my dish cloth to dry. My grandmother had one of these towel bars under her sink when I was little. I looked high and low for one locally and finally decided to look online. Absolutely amazing! Love it.

The mounting template is wrong, but the mounting is so simple you don't need the template. We use it for hanging sweaty gym clothes in the garage.

We use it in the kitchen to hang towels above the sink. It appears to be sturdy and is as advertised. It would be nice if there was some friction between the arms so that they could be spread and a wet towel layed across them.

The screws for the product weren't punched out at the head. This is really hard to explain but you couldn't make a screwdriver/drill work with these screws because there was nothing on the top of the screw...it was just flat. So we had to use our own screws. I know it doesn't seem like that big of a deal but I bought this as a present for my mom and it wasn't perfect like I hoped it would be. :-(

The template that came with this product was incorrect. The template allows you to determine where you should drill the holes to mount the bracket. The holes of the template do not line up with the holes in the mounting bracket. Other than that, the product is great!
