The rack is very attractive and large enough for even big suitcases; however, when not in use, I have to wedge it between items in a closet to keep it closed. If I just lean it against a wall or chest of drawers, it will flop open at the slightest movement past it. I wish there was some kind of restraining strap.

The luggage racks are well made and functional, a good buy for the price. But I'd be willing to pay a little more for a little more style and design -- specifically, I'd prefer patterned (such as tapestry-type fabric) straps, and some way of hiding the staples holding the straps on.

We use a small cottage on a friend's property many weekends during the year. We always find we have to bring stuff back and forth and have a large duffel for this purpose. We bought this stand so that we could EASILY & QUICKLY access our stuff and repack. It is very sturdy,goes with any decor; is neat and attractive but not intrusive. In other words, PERFECT.

It WAS OKAY. THE WOOD ON THE BOTTOM RUNG WAS SPLINTERED AND ROUGH. THE BINDINGS WEREN'T OF A GOOD QUALITY EITHER. I WOULD PROBABLY NOT ORDER FROM THAT COMPANY AGAIN.

The luggage stand arrived broken. I called the Stacks and Stacks customer service. They dealt with the delivery company and sent out a replacement very quickly. The 2nd one arrived in perfect condition. It looks nice and works fine to hold luggage off the floor.
