I was excited about the product. It was easy to put together. When I hung it up in the closet I could not understand why it was crooked. I soon realized it was because the holes in the dowel were drilled incorrectly. Waste of time and money. Very disappointed.

My clothes are a little longer than the extension so have to choose which clothes to hang on top and which on the bottom but over all it has been a great success in giving us more hanging space in our closet.

This product arrived in a timely fashion and is very well made! The wood dial rods and chrome hanging mechanisms look as if they will hold a good amount of clothes. They are in my daughter's closet now and believe me, they are maxed out and "hanging in" there!

Great product, simple to assemble ( took me 5 minutes) I have placed my shirts on top and my pants and skirts or the bottom. My closet is much much more organized, looks better, easier to find what i want plus now that i have removed the pants and skirts from the top, I have nearly double the space in my closet and my clothes aren't crammed together like sardines. I think you will enjoy it, and hey, now I'm one step closer to having a closet like Oprah's :-)
