The wooden skirt/pant hangers have large, adjustable metal clips as well as large metal hooks that turn. This allows you to utilize space vertically (as well as horizontally) and clothes don't get crushed. The skirt/pant hangers work extremely well with "Kascade" hangers, sold by Stacks and Stacks, which have a metal loop rather than a hook. The two items are very durable, functional, and have literally transformed my closet.
