Comments about Stacks and Stacks Outdoor Drying Rack:

Easy set up with a bag of redi mix concrete. I had read that some folks had problems with losing the button inside the main tube but that problem has been solved with latest design. I took it down and folded it up a few time but have just left it up for the last month or so. My advice if you do fold it up and store: leave the bottom section on so that rope will not slip under the top section and cause much fruastion when you set it up again. This is a great alternative to a clothes dryer. Waste not, want not.

Used as an alternative to electric dryer. The quickness of the drying time is great. Good capacity. Wonderful smell of freshly dried clothes outdoors, especially sheets, reminds me of my childhood! I've saved so much wear and tear on the dryer.

Comments about Stacks and Stacks Outdoor Drying Rack:

Gave this to my 81 year old mother. Met her needs perfectly BUT it was bear to set up. A neighbor did it but lost a piece down into the pole (not retrievable, just like the direction warned) and had to bolt the system into a permanently "open" position (significant loss of function for an predictable flaw in the system). The cords were not simple to string and still aren't correct so they hang down unattractively. Overall, it works well but assembly problems caused two major problems -- only one of which can be fixed (by taking the whole cord down and starting over). The rack cannot fold down now due to a major design/assembly problem.

Comments about Stacks and Stacks Outdoor Drying Rack:

I love the idea of not heating up garage in the warmer months with heat from my dryer. This saves us money and we are always outside anyway. Also we dry wet bathing suits and towels from the pool neatly. Folds up convieniently for storage.

Comments about Stacks and Stacks Outdoor Drying Rack:

I considered purchasing two units because I wanted to be sure that we'd have enough capacity for laundry for three active adults, including yoga mats, towels, and yoga clothes.
One unit works just fine. It holds two full loads of clothes.
No better way to dry laundry--great for the environment. If laundry is a bit too stiff (like towels, khakis), just take them down when they're slightly damp and fluff them in the dryer.

Comments about Stacks and Stacks Outdoor Drying Rack:

My mom purchased a drying rack (clothes line) and has been really enjoying it. It seems to be good quality and can easily be taken down, if need be. (This is a good feature if you need to sell your house.)

I have been waiting a few years to find an outdoor clothes dryer. It seems such a waste to use the electric dryer in this heat. I would definately recommend it.

Comments about Stacks and Stacks Outdoor Drying Rack:

I loved this item. It was easy to assemble and is exactly what I was looking for. It is light weight and appears to be durable. I use it by my pool and have it mounted to my deck so towels can hang to dry. I no longer have wet towels lying all over my house now that there is somewhere to hang them. Since it folds I can fold it up and store it away for the winter.
