I was very disappointed with this purchase. The description of this produst does not mention that it is made almost entirely of heavy cardboard and plastic - the base is particle board. I really expected to receive something of much better quality for the price I paid. I would expect to pay closer to $20-30 for the quality of this item. I think the manufacturer and Stacks n Stacks needs to be more diligent and exactful in their product descriptions. When the descriptions are vague, customers are left basing their purchase decision on the price of an item rather than its quality. The higher the price, the better the quality must be.
Super fast delivery. I received mine within a couple days of my purchase.
When I called to inquire about making a return, customer service took a long time to answer, but was courteous and helpful.

It was just what I was looking for. I had a similar one for years, but couldn't find one like it anywhere until I went on your site. I am very satisfied with the hamper.
