We mounted 2 of these to the back of our closet door and they have worked perfectly. The hangers keep the ties neatly organized and they take up very little space. Probably one of the best "organizational" purchases we've made!

Pretty good product. Best deal I could find on tie storage. What you see is what you get - it works just like it should.

My only complaint (although I knew this when I bought it) is that it doesn't hold cuff links. I wish I would have purchased something that doubles for storing cuff links as well.

Allow more space for attachment as end pieces go beyond stated width. Or do as I did to mount two side by side--stagger them slightly by putting one end just above the other to fit in the space.

This is the quintessential tie rack. Your ties will not slide off the hangers. They will store in a very compact space.

It uses "department store-type" tie hangers. There's a reason this type of hanger has been used all these years for new ties in the store. It keeps them straight, doesn't allow them to fall to the floor and allows very compact storage.

Just mounted this yesterday. Works great. Ties don't seem to fall off, which is what we were tired of dealing with. We actually cut it down and made it shorter, because we didn't have enough space for the length it orginally was. Works awesome!

I bought this product for my husband who has an assortment of ties. After reading reviews on other tie organizers and hangers this stood out to be simple, convenient, and a space saver. Compared to the automatic tie organizers you don't have to wory about low batteries, or if it decides not to work, where do you get it fixed and will it be worth it??? Or even non-automatic tie organizers..Most of what I've seen are not durable and can't actually hold the ties in place. This product WORKS & gets our vote. Good luck shopping!Keep it simple!

Tried hard to find a great gift for hubby, he wanted a reliable tie holder and I found one! I read the reviews and they were right! Be prepared to install this onto the wall in your closet, but its worth it.

If you have more ties than this rack can hold, it's time to go through them and get rid of some.If you're really a tie fanatic, you can just spend another [$] and get another one to double your storage capacity.This rack is the only one I use, because it actually works. All the ones with staggered pins leave expensive ties on the floor.All the ones that hang on a hanger bar get in the way of hanging clothes, drop ties, and get lopsided. The gimmicky electric ones are flimsy and take up space--and waiting for the motor to go teats up is as unpleasant as waiting for the tie you want to finally get around the carousel to the front where you want it.The only improvements I would suggest on this one are: first, include more plastic hangers--you always break or lose a few, and there is room on this rack for more ties than they give you hangers for. Second, make the mounts chrome like the bar.I hope some designer takes note of the successful design of this rack, and takes the design of the hangers, mounts and bar to a more fashionable level while retaining the outstanding virtues of the design.

I was on a mission to find a tie rack that would not allow ties to fall off on to floor! I've had many designs over the years, from ones I've bought to the inevitable Christmas gift type, motorized, all that junk. The ties STILL ended up on the floor. Then I saw this one and it made sense. I love it. Not only do the ties stay put, but they are easy to find because they are so orderly. Holds thirty ties.
