Great shoe storage that takes up minimal space and is easy to assemble. Compartments are spacious and large shoes fit easily. I searched the web and decided to give this a try. So glad I did. It's strong, attractive and I put it together in about 15 minutes. Have 2 of them in the bottom of my closet and now my shoes are organized and essy to find.

This fit perfectly in my own closet and is quite sturdy. I can see that the sections might not fit a pair of shoes for every size. I'm a woman's 8-1/2 and they just fit. For much larger sizes, it might work for one shoe per section (unless the shoes themselves can be smooshed.

I thought the openings where wider but was mistakes so only my small shoes fit. Otherwise its pretty useful.

I'm confused. In the illustration, the narrow part is shown on the bottom. Do you stack each shoe of a pair on top of the other? Or should the unit be turned the other way to place the two side by side?
