There was one little tiny glitch. One of the pieces didn't have a hole drilled where it was needed. My husband immediately fixed that, and the rest of the unit was perfect. It went together as it should have, and is VERY strong and sturdy. It's absolutely what we had hoped for. The price is excellent for this very nice unit. Thank you.

I bought this shoe rack for my entryway. Once assembled, it looks fine and will do the job. However, getting the thing assembled was a nightmare. The pieces didn't quite fit together properly, and we had to actually saw bits off of some of the wooden pegs that hold the shelves in place. I have to be very careful moving it because it is not very sturdy due to the poor assembly. While the finished product is attractive, I would not recommend this. For the quality, it is overpriced and I'm sure you could find something better.

This shoe rack is great and worth the $. I ordered two to stack on top of each other. While I found one to be defective when assembling, we called Stacks and Stacks and they sent us a replacement right away. We have our double standing shoe rack in the garage and we love it. It has an attractive design and is very sturdy. Much sturdier than the previous cheap plastic one we owned. You will not be dissapointed with this purchase.

I bought two units to use in our new home. Since we have hardwood floors, we take our shoes off when we come in. The units are very handy located by the door from the garage to the house. I keep work shoes, tennis shoes and Crocks in a very convenient area. I don't think one unit would have given us enough space.

The product is sturdy. Holds lots of shoes, especially when you stack multiple units. During assembly, parts did not go together as well as expected. All the parts were there. Some filing needed to be done to get the screw covers to fit within the holes. Some hammering was needed to get the last shelves into place.

I have been looking for a nice, sturdy shoe rack at an affordable price for many years. I have bought several of them over the years only to discard them and upgrade looking for a good one. I am so impressed with this shoe rack that i am purchasing another one for the front closet. The first one is in my master bedroom.

This product is sturdy and yet not too bulky or industral-looking. I like the overall look of the slats for shelves and even shoes with a narrow heel manage to balance without a problem. Also, the shelves are still very sturdy as I definitely have both of mine full of shoes(I have 2)! Since I have a variety of flat and heeled shoes these were the most versitile option for my space. These racks were a perfect fit for my closet and I expect they will last for a long time!

Ibought 2 of these shoe racks and joined them together for my collection of shoes. Previously, I had purchased several plastic/chrome tube units from home stores. They were flimsy and easy to knock over and, after about 6 mos, the plastic parts wold break. The hardwood shoe racks are sturdy-even when totally filled. I am very happy with them and would recommend to anyone.

This shoe rack is not the greatest thing ever built, but for the price it's the best that I have found. It's reasonably attractive and decently built. In all reality it only fits 3 pairs of adult shoes on each shelf, but you can stuff 3 more underneath.

The shoe rack is actually very nice looking, but badly done. The legs are somewhat different in length, its not too bad, but the rack will lose its stability if another one is put on top. If you're gonna keep it in the closet and against a wall, it will be just fine. I like its size, and overall look, though. I found it very usefull.
