You will be happy with these stools. They are very solid, high quality and beautiful. I have no complaints about them. We shopped around and found that it's a very competitive price, too.
I would be aware of just a few things:
1. It takes a considerable amount of assembly. Also, some of the steps are not (easily) reversible - so be careful to do it right the first time.
2. The description does not mention that the black part of the stool has a bit of reddish wood showing through here and there. It is very pretty and gives the stool a comfortable look. So it's a bit more casual and a little less sleek than what we were expecting. Overall, it was a pleasant surprise for us. Just be sure that's what you want.
