Plenty of room to stack cable box and DVD player on the shelf. Holds heavy ten-year-old TV. I put casters on legs so that it is easy to move. The person I got to assemble it for me was still in good humor once he finished, The only problem was that the dowels holding the small decorative pieces were too small for the pre-drilled holes. A bit of wood-filler fixed this problem.

Bought for grandson as a T.V./XBox stand. Perfect fit and wood color for his room. He was very specific about the dimensions and wood color...he got exactly what he wanted.....very sturdy too. It ended up being his favorite christmas gift.

the drawer doesn't shut that well. need to lift it to get it all the way shut. other than that. we like it very much
