I use this as a bench in the entry way for sitting and removing and storing shoes. The construction is high quality and the fasteners system is the best I have seen for "assembly required" furniture. Steel bolts thread into steel threaded inserts. It requires a little dexterity to assemble and is probably best done with two people, but everything fits perfectly.
