This product was so terrible I returned it and have been waiting for my refund. It is described as a Drawer Spice Rack. I took that to mean that it was a drawer with a zig zag bottom. What arrived was a sheet of plastic, saw cut with a heavy burr, heat bent into a zig zag shape. Very disappointing. How about expediting my refund, please. Excellent value for device received. Makes finding spices much easier. Will not easily scratch or break. Cheaper than a spice rack and more practical if wall space close to food prep area is at a premium. Not easy to find elsewhere.
