I purchased this desk because I had a limited amount of space. It fit perfectly into my bedroom and every time I am working on my computer I am glad i purchased this desk.

I was intrigued by the design of this corner desk and compared it to others, such as the Madison corner desk, which looks exactly like this one, but costs much more. Even for what I paid for this desk, it is really not worth the price. The construction is very poor and cheap. A few of the metal side pieces were bent. The wood (if that's what you want to call it) was so cheap that it literally weighed ounces. The CD rack is worthless - it is too big for any real CD's to fit in them. Fortunately, the CD rack can be removed. The desk does have a large writing area and our large monitor fits well on the desktop. The top shelf is large enough to hold our printer, but the entire desk vibrates when printing.
Desk was delivered promptly, but some of the pieces of the desk were slightly damaged.

The wood on this desk is absolutely gorgeous! Having bought many items over the years that required assembly, my husband and I were impressed by the quality of the product. It was easy to put together and very light-weight to move. I chose not to use the CD racks or the keyboard shelf, so mine looks less "busy" than the picture. The glass top has enough room for a 19" monitor, speakers, mouse, and keyboard - without feeling cramped. It also saves a lot of space in a room, compared to the rectangular desk I had before.
The only two negatives for me are:
1. The metal panels. They are much darker than they appear in the picture, and are a honeycomb-like design. They're not ugly - just not my taste.
2. The desk is not very sturdy. Due to the design, which is very open, there is not much support. It's not that the materials are cheap; it's just because there aren't very many pieces holding this puppy together.
Overall, I'm very happy with the desk. It saves a lot of space, looks good, and holds what I want it to hold.
